Method
- While cooking the pasta chop the vegetables in to 3-4cm long by 1/2 cm thick and place in to a large bowl
- Mix the Vegetable bullion, Olive oil and Soy sauce in a small dish. Once dissolved pour in to the vegetables and mix well
- Once the pasta is finished drain off in a colander then run under cold water to cool the pasta
- Place the pasta in to a the small bowl, add a pinch of salt and mix thoroughly
- Place in to a pasta bowl and dress the salmon on top
- Finish with a sprinkle of chilli flakes
2 portions of Pasta
400g Mixed Vegetables, cut in to 3cm length and 1/2cm thick
This recipe has;
- Carrots
- Cucumber
- Tomatoes
- Red Pepper
- Courgette
- Spring onion
100-150g Smoked Salmon, Shredded or cut in to strips
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Alt;
Replace salmon with prawns, if not ready to eat boil or fry.
